Position Summary:
Strong educator with a Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred) in Early Education and/or Special education or related field. Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) Director II qualified. Candidate must be very knowledgeable about EEC policies, regulations and licensing requirements. At least five years experience working in childcare administration. Must have a strong commitment to children and families involved in the program and be willing to ensure that the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of all children are met. Must have experience conducting screenings and assessments of children, as well as program assessments. Demonstrate ability to work with culturally and/or linquistically diverse populations. The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of exceptional care and educational programs, as well as outreach and enrollment of families and children. Another key responsibility is the overall successful fiscal management of the program, including preparing sound budgets and operating within budget.
The Family-base Early Education and Care Director (The Director) must complete all reports to the local or state licensing boards, keep business licenses current, and ensure that all staff have a criminal background check, are appropriately trained, and have the experience and education required by EEC. Develops policies and procedures consistent with EEC policies and guidelines as needed.
The Director hires program staff and recruits family-based providers (Educators). The Director also sets fees, establishes payment plans, and works with program assistants to ensure that parents receive monthly invoices and all parent fee payments are collected as required.
The Director must be able to work with EEC Licensor to assist Educators with Licensing and renewal.

Program Description:
The Community Support Programs (CSPs) provides an array of services delivered by a community-based, mobile, multidisciplinary team of paraprofessionals. These programs provide essential services to individuals with a long-standing history of a psychiatric or substance abuse disorder and to their families, or to individuals who are at varying degrees of increased medical risk, or to children/adolescents who have behavioral health issues challenging their optimal level of functioning in the home/community setting.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in human services field from an accredited university and one (1) year of experience working with the target population, or
Paraprofessionals capable of meeting community support needs of psychiatric issues for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as issues related to substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.
Specialized training in child/adolescent development (for child/adolescent CSP programs), behavioral treatment, substance abuse/dual recovery issues, and family treatment/engagement/education regarding psychiatric and substance abuse recovery issues.

Position Summary:
The Development Associate (DA) position is a new position created by the Development Department at Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc. (CSR) in order to implement an aggressive communications strategy that will include web presence, publications, e-communications, and social media management for CSR. The DA will primarily manage the website, the Facebook page and a quarterly newsletter. The DA will also assist with direct mail campaigns, and special events.
Bachelor’s degree required. Position requires the ability to exercise individual initiative and follow-through; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; ability to organize and prioritize work; excellent copy editing skills; excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to meet deadlines. The Development Associate (DA) will conceptualize, write and distribute public information pieces, including press releases, publications, website copy, legislative updates, newsletters and brochures. Oversees the clinical operations of the Behavioral Health Department. Supervises clinical supervisors and staff that are responsible for evaluating, treating and providing support services for clients in need of mental/behavioral health services.
Job Responsibilities:

Family support and training is a service that provides a structured, one-on-one, strength-based relationship between a Family Support and Training Partner and a parent caregiver. The purpose of the Family Partner is for resolving or ameliorating the youth's emotional and behavioral needs by improving the capacity of the parent/caregiver to parent the youth as to improve the youth's functioning as identified in the outpatient or In-home therapy treatment plan or Individual care plan (ICP).
Responsibilities:
• Engaging the parent/caregiver with learning how to network and link to community resources and services for support, this includes how to link resources and treatment providers, advocating for and accessing resources to address the youth's emotional and behavioral needs.
• Work closely with the family and any existing/referring behavioral health providers to ensure implementation of the objectives and goals indentified in the treatment plan.
• Participate in all care planning meetings and processes for the youth.
• Interact with agencies such as (DMH, DCF, DYS, DPH, etc...) to support services/care planning and coordination on behalf of and with the youth and parent/caregiver.
• Coordinate with and attend all Care Planning Team meetings, and treatment team meetings.

Summary: Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) is a service that facilitates care planning and coordination of services for MassHealth youth, with serious emotional disturbances, under the age of 21, and enrolled in MassHealth Standard or CommonHealth who meet the medical necessity criteria. Care planning is driven by the needs of the youth and developed through a Wraparound planning process consistent with Systems of Care philosophy.
Responsibilities:
• Complete all required trainings, including CANS and CANS certification.
• Provide intensive care coordination to youth/families. This service includes but is not limited to the following: facilitates the development of Care Plan Teams; conducts CANS and risk assessments; convenes CPT meetings; coordinates and communicates with the members of the CPT to ensure the implementation of the ICP; works directly with the youth and family to implement elements of the ICP; coordinates the delivery of available services; monitors and reviews progress toward ICP goals and updates the ICP in concert with CPT.
• Conduct all necessary assessments in a timely manner and ensure that they are reviewed and approved as required prior to filing
• Maintain paper and electronic records in an orderly and timely manner.

Summary: The Parent/Kinship Mentor Social Worker will report to the Program Director. The Parent/Kinship Mentor Social Worker is responsible to coordinate and identify parent mentor services to families who are involved with the Department of Social Services. The primary focus of Parent/Kinship Services will be crisis prevention working on a stress reduction problem solving and insuring that parents are accessing community supports.

• Recruit potential parent mentors and provide them with in-service training
