The CSR Family Visitation program provides a safe, neutral, supervised environment in which children visit their non-custodial parents as mandated by a court appointment or by the Department of Social Services. Trained staff supervise each visit and remain neutral at all times to facilitate visitation. There are three types of visitation services offered by the program. The type of visitation is determined by the referring court or DSS. These services include:

  • Supervised visits
  • Non-supervised visits
  • Parent pick-up and drop-off exchanges

Visits are held at the CSR office at 520 Dudley Street in Roxbury on Thursday evenings and Sundays. All visitation rooms are equipped with age-appropriate toys, games, books and videos, as well as comfortable and attractive furnishings which provide a familiar and warm environment for children and their families.
